Blue Lace dress with fancy necklace
This dress is cobalt blue with teal underneath. Believe it or not this is from the kids section at JC Penny’s. I will be the first to say I am not the smallest busted person so I would not believe I would ever fit into the girls section, but they go up to 16, 18, 20’s…. and they actually fit. And when you find dresses on the clearance rack in those sizes for $3.00 & $5.00 you try it if it looks close. So I did and they fit!!! I got a bunch from this shopping trip. I took the ribbon belt off and added my own teal belt and for a touch of fancy I wore my multicolored rhinestone necklace from Groopdealz. I always get complements on this necklace, I should have bought a bunch and sold them!!! I also am wearing my now favorite nude flats from Dillards, but you cannot even see them within the leaves.
