This will be one of the few posts without Haddie’s picture in it. We went to the Holiday Inn for their New Years Party with family and friends. Would have taken Haddie with us, but thought other people wouldn’t approve:( Haddie went to her Aunt Frannie and Uncle Chris’ house to play with Carter, THANK YOU again you guys!!! Here is some evidence of our fun night out… I bought some wooden numbers from the craft store for some creative pictures, it was a hit!

These pictures were taken as couples and Photoshopped together…the black backdrop they had worked perfectly!

This picture needs explaining! So the countdown began 10…9…8…Brett was missing. Everyone was looking for Brett and asking me where he was…all I knew is that he went to the bathroom at around 1 minute till midnight. Hmmmmm. Well we got down to 4…3…2… I decided to take a picture of everyone because Brett was nowhere to be found and then, que hero music, there he was sprinting through the doorway towards us. I got this picture just before 2…1… Perfect timing!
Happy New Year!!!
So here are some pictures of Haddie’s first Christmas, I say some because there are many!! It was so fun and we all gave and received some great gifts. Haddie made out like a bandit I must say though. She got everything she (I) wanted. I wish I had gotten some of the stuff she got for myself, not only as a child, but right now. So FUN!!!
Baby fingers and toes. Haddie played with the tree for about 40 minutes, she loved the feeling of the branches on her toes.

Haddie with Great Grandpa Hope
Great Grandpa Hope’s hands holding Haddie
Grandpa Hope scared Haddie with the reindeer antlers. Look at her face I have never seen her so scared before.
Christmas Eve at our house this year. So much fun with all the family and another first for Haddie!!

Sitting with Great Grandma. So special.
First Christmas present from Cousin Tristan
Tried to get a picture of Haddie in her Santa hat with all the Grandma’s, she is just too quick and got the hat off every time.
Wells family.
Here is the next time Haddie saw Santa, at the Mall. Like I said in an earlier post I thought this was the first time she saw him in the Mall, but Grandma took Haddie a while ago (before the Christmas rush…with no line!!) So here are the pictures of her and Santa at the Mall.
Went to see Santa, again, at the Linen Building. We were going to get a good picture of Haddie with Santa for her first Christmas. Thought that if she saw him more than once she would get more comfortable…ended up that she just sat there kind of scared but not crying every time.
After seeing Santa we went back to Grandma and Grandpa’s house. Grandpa was showing Haddie her Hello Kitty tree Grandma put up for her. She loved looking at it and even pulled off some of the decorations. She grabbed onto the tulle and Grandma decided to make her our present for Christmas by tying the tulle on her head like a bow.
