Painted Baby Toes

For an early Christmas present for Haddie I got her soy based nail polish and remover, because the chemicals in normal polish isn’t good for babies.  I ordered it off a website called Hopscotch.  They have lots of different colors, but who doesn’t love pink??  the instructions say to do this when the baby is asleep but my mom and I, mostly me, couldn’t wait till she was asleep so we attempted to do it while she was in her bumbo having a snack.  It was successful, yet another thing to say Haddie is the greatest baby ever!!!  She sat there the whole time watching, and smiling for daddy and the camera.  So cute…here is the evidence.

After painting toes Grandma was trying to actually feed Haddie her dinner, she decided to play with her while doing this by holding onto the spoon.  Then she thought she could feed herself and thought it was funny to sneeze/laugh with baby food in her mouth.  It was pretty funny though baby food went everywhere.

Winter-A-Glow

Took Haddie to the Winter A Glow at the Botanical Gardens.  It was freezing cold, but so fun to do as a family for the first time.  Haddie loved being all bundled up in her stroller looking at all the bright colorful lights.  She even got to see Santa for the first time, so we thought (Grandma), she wasn’t too sure about him.  Had almost a blank look on her face, no smiles, no tears, just content I guess.  I had also taken a photography class that day with KRF Photography and Kristen invited us to tag along for a little extra photo lesson.  All in all it was well worth the cold temperatures…just remember when you give your camera to someone else to take pictures of you to turn it back to automatic.  (We had Brett’s sister, Lindsey, go with us and she got some of the cutest pictures of us but they were all blurry because she didn’t know she had to manually focus the camera…poo!!)

Haddison’s Christmas Photoshoot

Frannie at Ampersand Studios did an awesome job with Haddie and her Christmas pictures.  A couple of hours, several outfit/hat changes, a few back drops, all with a smiling happy baby.  Love it!!

Check out Ampersand Studios blog post of more of these Christmas pictures here.

Polka-dots

Brought home a backdrop and lights to play with.  Haddie was in the cutest outfit, soooo I had to take some pictures…did you expect any less?

She started to play peak-a-boo with me, super cute!
